What is PAMM?
Percent Allocation Management Module (PAMM) is a technical solution provided by broker to allow multiple clients traded under a manager account. Gain and loss will automatically distributed by percentage with all clients depend on money that they invested.Example: If you subscribe to my PAMM account as client. Your money will automatically allocated to trade when I trade with my PAMM account. The gain and loss will be divided by percentage of investment between all clients. And for each high watermark gain, I will get 20% success fee from all clients.
